This page explains how MyCoinWay earns revenue, what the platform does and does not promise, how digital access refunds are handled, and what ENF is used for.

Risk disclosure

Crypto assets are volatile and may lose some or all of their value. Arbitrage, leverage, derivatives, P2P trading, staking and token purchases carry financial, technical, liquidity, counterparty, regulatory and tax risks.

MyCoinWay provides education, market data and software tools. It does not provide investment, legal or tax advice, and no signal or example is a promise of profit.

Refund policy

PRO is a digital service. A refund may be requested by contacting support at support@mycoinway.com within 7 days of payment, provided the account has not materially used the paid service. Requests are reviewed individually.

Blockchain transactions, network fees, exchange fees and third-party payments cannot be reversed by MyCoinWay. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

ENF token and Web3 VIP

ENEFF (ENF) is an ERC-20 utility token on Base Mainnet. MyCoinWay uses a balance of at least 1,000 ENF in a wallet linked to the user account as one way to unlock Web3 VIP access to PRO scanners.

ENF is not presented as equity, a deposit, a guaranteed investment or a promise of appreciation. Token availability, pricing, smart-contract operation, network conditions and access rules may change. Verify the contract address and network before signing a transaction.

Use of the site and privacy

Use the platform lawfully and protect your account, wallet, seed phrase and signing device. We may process account details, wallet addresses and operational logs needed to provide authentication, access control, support and security. Never send a seed phrase or private key to MyCoinWay.

By using the site, you accept these operating rules and agree to verify whether the service is available and lawful where you live. Contact support for questions about an account, payment or data request.
